Aperçu de Simple Floating Clock
« Simple Floating Clock » est exactement ce que son nom indique. Lorsqu'Apple a lancé Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard, la société a supprimé la possibilité d'afficher l'horloge dans une fenêtre flottante et translucide sur le bureau. Certains utilisateurs appréciaient cette fonctionnalité, j'ai donc décidé de la réintroduire
Qu'est-ce que c'est ?
C’est une horloge. Une simple horloge analogique flottante que vous pouvez placer où vous le souhaitez sur votre bureau. Elle fonctionne sous Mac OS X 10.6 et versions ultérieures. Elle peut fonctionner sous 10.5, mais uniquement sur les machines Intel.
Pourquoi ?
Parce qu’Apple a supprimé cette option dans l’horloge d’origine lors de la sortie de Leopard (Mac OS X 10.5) le 26 octobre 2007. Certains l’apprécient.
C'est un peu ennuyeux, non ?
Eh bien, oui. Vous pouvez la personnaliser un peu en ouvrant la fenêtre « Préférences » via un clic-contrôle ou un clic droit sur le cadran. Mais il n’y a pas grand-chose à faire pour qu’une horloge reste utile.

Don't panic! It still runs on MacOS at least up to 13.4.
After you attempt to run it, just to to System Settings>Privacy & Security, then under Security it will say "SimpleFloatingClock" was blocked from use because it is not from an identified developer. Simply click "Open Anyway", type in your password, and then click "Open". It runs just fine!

Please update for Big Sur (MacOS 11.4). It's completely blocked from installing. What other analog clock is available anywhere? This seems to be the only one. Thank you!

Great app - until....... I updated to Mac Catalina! Now, the clock no longer shows on my desktop (I miss seeing it in the bottom right corner) and apparently is running because I have to launch activity monitor to get it to quit. HELP! I want my clock back!!!!!! When I get my clock back the review will be 5 stars - until then...........what time is it?

PANIC!!! This is a 32-bit app and I don't see a 64-bit upgrade. Oh, crap. I have used this for years. I have no idea how many times a day I look at it. Fingers crossed for an update.

Until Mavericks 10.9 everything was perfect with the clock - even with full face opacity the clock was occupying the top right corner of my desktop and nothing could get into it's space. After upgrading Mavericks to 10.9.1 the clock is still floating, but doesn't anymore occupy it's space - any new created desktop item or file saved to desktop gets underneath the clock and I have to move the clock first in order to move the item from underneath it. It became quite annoying and I would appreciate the fix for this best clock app.
